So I am really bad at keeping my blog updated...... I always get on here but feel like I never have anything good to say. So I guess I can tell you all about our trip to Idaho. My family (Snelgrove's) had their yearly family camp out/get together. This years location was Hagerman, Idaho at the 1000 Springs Resort. Seriously it is this great little spot on the snake river where it is wide and deep enough to launch a boat and ride the sea doo's. Also there is a part where the hot springs run directly into the cold water and it makes a really nice spot to hang out. There were beautiful waterfalls all along the oppisite side of the river from our camp spot. My family took all of the tent spots along the river side and there were two docks there. It was so nice to be with all of my family and hang out in the water. Chloe especially love the water toys i.e. the boat and the sea doo's and the tube that goes behind the boat. most of the weekend it was tied to the dock so that you could just climb on and let the currant take you out as far as the end of the rope. Chloe would sit in the boat and scream "whee!! boat on the wader mommy!!" we had so much fun doing a messy party making homemade GAK and using shaving cream to pretend to shave with the little kids. There was also a nice indoor pool that was really big with two diving boards and a slide. Chloe really liked to swim there because the water was a controled temeperature and was a more stable enviornment. All in all it was a great weekend besides all of the bugs and buddy escaping like 3 times. We took our camper out for the first real trip and it was nice to have a nice place to sleep. Vacations are so great but coming back to reality and spending all that money is not. LOL So I am posting some pictures of all of the fun stuff. ENJOY!

So Josh has been working A TON!! Oh geesh, how it has been crazy. His cluster (please don't ask me how to describe it because I cannot) went down on June 1st loosing all of the data for that day. So he spent the next 3 days (litterally day and night) working to restore what was lost. He was always at work he would come home at very odd times to get a few hours of sleep and then it was straight back at it. So finally he told his boss that he was going to take an hour or so to go to luch with Chloe and I. So we grabbed a qucik bite and went off in search of ducks. Chloe so badly needed out of the house and it was a really good excuse to spend some family time. even if it was only for a little while. So the perdicament that we ran into was we went to the see the duck by Utah Lake and they were no where to be found. Chloe was so mad that she didnt get to see them there and was screaming "DUCKS ALL GONE MOMMY!!" as we got into the car. We went to the park over by Independence High and luckily found a few ducks there. However there had been quite a few people there before us and the ducks were full. So chloe spent a little while throwing bread AT the ducks and then yelling at them when they wouldnt eat it. It was pretty funny. She has such a stong little personality. Her new thing (that will drive me insane) is closing all the doors. It is because I have bee a Nazi about keeping doors shut so that she doesnt get into stuff all of the time. Not like it really ever works because my child is crazy smart and has this way of getting into even the best babyproofed space.... ugh. But I do have to admit it is pretty cute watching her figure out how to take her booster chair and stand on it to now open a door that she wants into...... oh boy. Anyways there are a few pictures from playing with the ducks. Also we went over to my dads house on Thursday night while Josh was finishing up restoring all of the lost data. My step-sister Laura had her little girl about 31/2 weeks ago. Her name is Jazmin and she is SOOOO cute!! Chloe was loving her and wanted to hold her as much as she could so while she was sitting with her I was Snapping away with my camera and got a few really cute shots. Also some cute ones of her and my nephew Kayden playing on the jungle gym at my dads house. Anyways I know this is a long post but I hope that you all enjoy the pictures and
hearing a little about our crazy life. lol

Growing Up Chloe
Chloe is just getting so big. It seems she does something so new everyday and it is pretty surprising some days. She walks up and down the stairs with out holding on to anything and she counts to 3! although she does say "one, two, why...." occasionally she does say "three" but all the same its the basic concept that she is getting which I am so proud of! She also has learned to say "please" when she wants something. Which is better than me. She is getting very interested in the potty and wants to sit on it, though she doesn't have the ability to control anything just yet. I love to watch her grow up and do so many new things. She is the apple of my eye.

As we went over some rolling bumps she was excited and thus we come to the video above. enjoy. LOL BTW I always for get how to use my camera for a video so that is why I keep going right side up to sideways. I'm a little slow.

Projects Projects Projects

So I have been getting myself into so many different projects lately. I started Chloe's bedroom. It looks fantastic for what I have done...... but it is far from finished. I still have Art work to add to the walls and figure out how I am going to incorporate the other colors into the existing frames and such that I already have for decor. Thankfully I have an everyday Martha Stewart kinda family who are so freaking crafty and artsy, I couldn't come up with most of the idea's they have in my life. So with bouncing ideas off of them we have come up with some good stuff and I am hoping that I can figure out exactly what I need to do to finish her room. I have a laundry list of things that I have yet to finish and do in my house. Lets see if things get wound up here sometime soon.
I have my downstairs bathroom to patch the walls and then paint.
Chloe's room to finish decorating. (including more painting)
The basement that needs to get done. (also some more painting)
and I need to find a base for the awesome GIANT bronze or copper (can't remember which) platter that my grandparents have used as a coffee table since I could remember. They got it in Iran or something like that and it is one of those staple childhood memories and I get to use it in my house while they are gone. I'm so stoked about it!!
With the good motivation that my family gives me I am hopeful that I can get my butt in gear and finish what I started. :)

So it's been a while since I have updated our blog. Alot has been going on. We have been sick....ahhh just getting really done with it. It sucks when you have a bunch of people in the same house and the illness just keeps passing around and around. So needless to say I'm glad that we are all getting better. So I'm adding some pictures from Valentine's day and some from Chloe playing at the park and most recent from Saturday when we took the truck out on the Pony Express route from 5 mile pass clear to Wendover, NV. Some of my favorite pics of Chloe are in this lot and I'm super excited that I got such cute ones!! Anyways an update on Chloe..... She is getting 4 teeth in right now all on the top. It's about time! She is 18 mos and only has 5 teeth right now. She is also saying so many new words and other words that are so funny. She says "boo boo" now which is her nickname and she says "stoppy" instead of "stop it" and as of yesterday her new favorite word is "no". She loves throwing temper tantrums.... i guess she gets the major attitude from me. haha and she is the most energetic and curious kid i've ever seen!! You think little boys get into everything but man oh man Chloe is a monster!! She is interested in everything and isnt afraid of anyone. It's a little unsetteling sometimes when she just does something extreme or goes up to a random person and is like "hi!" So anyways that is the update for now.
Love,
Stacy

Girls Night FUN!!!

I had some of my girlies come over for a girls night/playdate tonight. It was so much fun to have all the kiddies playing together! We had snacks, a lovely bag of burned popcorn haha and yummy drinks! So the kids got all hyped up on sugar and ran everywhere. It was really alot of fun!

Today Chloe fit into her cute little slide vans for the first time and she would'nt take them off!! I took them off for her nap and as soon as she woke up she wanted them right back on! Then she grabbed my necklaces and wanted them on too! She is such a little princess. She was also playing peek-a-boo and since I had my camera out she would point to it and say "Mommy, Chloe!" which means I want that! so I took pictures of her playing and she would look at the camera and laugh and laugh! It was so adorable!!
